How about them apples!

Im sitting here at work enjoying a scrumptious Gala apple, yummmmm.

Gala apples are small and are usually red with a portion being greenish or yellow-green, vertically striped. They are fairly resistant to bruising and are sweet, grainy, with a mild flavour and a thinner skin than most apples. Quality indices include firmness, crispness, and sweetness. Gala apples are excellent for both eating and baking. Native to New Zealand, this apple is now grown extensively in the United States since it's introduction in the 1970s.

Im curious what is your favorite kind of apple?

Wow, did you copy that from the internet. That's allot to know about a specific apple. Would it be terrible to say that I don't know which type is my favorite. I like apples but I just buy whatever looks good. Terrible I know.
